How To Make Money And Make New Friends

Have you ever thought about renting yourself out as a friend? Probably not, I hear you say. However, did. you know that there is a website that actually rents friends out?. I’t called Rentafriend

Now, before you think, “This must be a website for losers”, I can assure you it’s not. Let’s look at the facts:

  1. If you’ve ever visited a new city or country on your own, have you ever wished you had someone to show you the sights?
  2. Have you ever had a friend let you down for a concert of football match at the last minute?
  3. Are you a social icon looking for more friends and opportunities?
  4. Could you do with some help at your next book signing?

So, how about an opportunity to make money, explore more of the social scene and make some great friends, possibly lifetime friends too?. Does that sound good?. Then let’s continue..

Renting Yourself Out As A Friend

You probably won’t get rich renting yourself out as a friend but you can easily charge $10 an hour for your time. This can be agreed in advance with the person who is hiring you. You can join rentafriend for free if you join as a member who wants to rent themselves out as a friend. you keep all the fees you earn and Rentafriend do not take any commission.

If you are a person looking for friends to rent, then you need to pay a monthly fee of $24.95, or a yearly fee of $69.95. The best deal is to join as a free member and charge people for your time. I would imagine the very least you would get out of the deal is a whole lot of new friends and as a bonus you might earn some great part-time income.

A quick word of warning here. Although you will be given an email address and phone number of the person you are meeting, it’s always best to be cautious with any new potential encounter. Always meet in a public place and tell someone who you are meeting.

Is This A Good Thing?

I think it can solve a problem for people who have difficulty making friends on their own. It could also potentially create a fairly decent part-time income. You may make some money and a few new friends along the way, who knows?

Always be cautious though when meeting strangers.

Have a great day

Keith
