3 Things We Need As Badly As Oxygen

You may think that NOTHING is as powerful as oxygen, as oxygen is keeping us alive, but being alive and living are two different things.

Health is powerful. Without it, what do we really have?. However, health is not one of the three things I’ve listed today, and in a minute, you’ll see why. All of these three things are connected to health.

The three things we all really need are Love, Friendship, and Money. Here’s why.

ACT 1. Love

LOVE: Love is complex. It’s a mix of emotions, behaviors, and beliefs associated with strong feelings of affection, protectiveness, warmth, and respect for another person.

It’s a kind of chewy, gooey feeling inside that is hard to explain, but when fully in love, we are catering to one of the greatest human needs of all – significance. Love by another person makes us feel alive, significant, and wanted.

But don’t forget, there are different types of love

You can love someone

You can love a pizza

You can love your dog or cat

You can love yourself.

You can love money (this is not so good)

ACT 2. Friendship

FRIENDSHIP: No one wants to be a billy no mates. We all like to have good friends who think, act, and are a bit crazy like us. Friends give us the interaction that we need with other human beings, we also share our problems and victories with friends. Friends increase our social life by being there with us when we want to mix with people and do things.

ACT 3. Money

MONEY: A lot of people may disagree with this, but money is SO important. A lot of LOVE has faded and died in the past over the lack of money. Lack of it is the NO1 thing that couples argue over and friends and friendships also require a regular sprinkling of money.

After all, it’s very difficult, but not impossible to keep socializing for free.

I’m not saying you need money to make you happy, all you need is YOU to do that, but Money is an integral part in the part that love and friendship plays.

MONEY and Health. You can’t live a healthy life living on chips. Somewhere along the line, you have to invest in some of the green stuff (cabbages, not money). Good food, costs money. Going to the gym costs money. Also, if you live on the street, the chances are you won’t be healthy. Houses cost money.

Friendship and Health. Friends help to destress you. Having someone to talk to can help relieve depression. Having friends is good for your health. No one is an island, although sometimes we may pretend that we don’t need people, the truth is, really, we do. Who wants to go through this life alone?

Think of what you’re missing. Good people make life fun, YES, some people probably p*ss you off, but it’s better to have some friends, even if it’s just one or two – than it is to have no one at all (P.S even if you are friendless now, there is always a solution).

LOVE and Health. What can I say? When you’re in love, the world just seems a better place. You will feel more secure, you are less alone and you may have just found your soulmate. There have been a million films made about love so it must be good. It probably increases your wellbeing too, and aside from making you a bit cuckoo at times, it’s all good.

Love, Friendship, and Money may seem an odd mix, but this Ménage à Troi is a beautiful combination that can lead to good health and happiness. After all, even if you feel life has no purpose, surely these three things can and will bring you closer to your life’s purpose.

Work on all three, the more you fill up your life with these three things, the less space you have for negativity. And the happier and healthier you will become.
