When I was a mere sprout of a kid, I was just 13. I had a passion for buses, I know, crazy eh?. I used to spend weekends with my best friend travelling all over London and the home counties spotting buses and collecting bus numbers.
What I didn’t realise at the time was, so did thousands of other people, kids and adults alike. Thousands, hundreds of thousands possibly millions worldwide love buses. So, as a 13 year old, I created a newsletter on London buses and advertised it in the Exchange & Mart (I think this Biz Op paper in the UK is extinct now).
BOOM!!.. I made sales. How about that.. I remember my dad being well annoyed when some random stranger came around my house looking for the editor of said newsletter. My dad wasn’t impressed.
The point i’m trying to impress upon you is that we all love things. It could be movie celebs, horses, classic cars, fishing, dancing, retro tv shows, you name it, we have a passion for something.
So how can we turn this into a business?
SIMPLE. Write about it (blog), create content about it (Books, Kindles, Audios), sell affiliated products related to it, create an online store, sell on eBay, Etsy, Amazon etc… the list goes on.
Stop wondering and start plundering your brain. It’s in there somewhere – no not your brain, your ideas. Think of all the things you love doing, legal of course, then write them down on paper.
Now look at the list one item at a time, draw a plan around each thing. Would hundreds of thousands of people Worldwide also be into this “thing”?. Could you sell products, courses, books etc on this thing?
If people would buy it, then they can buy from you. The great thing about being in business is you get to be in control. No more bosses, just you in charge. Trust me, there is no feeling like it.
Are you ready?. take some time out and have a long hard think. Plunge that brain of yours for ideas. Today’s passion could be tomorrow’s fortune..

As long as there are multiple thousands of people in the World who want to do the same thing, it could be profitable. Take a look at what products are available on this subject. Are people buying them like crazy?. You would be surprised at how crazy people can go and how much they will spend if it’s the right niche.
